Boardwalk at Flecker Botanical Gardens, Cairns

my rainforest board walk - ingrid in oz, perfectoarts dreamcapturesTH, originally uploaded by Ingrid in OZ.

One of my photographs cropped with just with a touch of rendering. Makes me want to dig out the canvas, oils and paint up a storm.

It's not easy being green....

This was a song that we used to listen to, but I cannot find the version by Kerry Biddell (I think that was the Australian artist). A most gorgeous album and it certainly would be fabulous if I could find it for our Wedding Anniversary this month.

It was time to have some Freckles

After a hard day's computing website brochure work....time for Kit Kat. Oops I should say a Freckle :)

Look what they did to me?

They went out and left me.  Not nice is it?  Just new to the place and having had my little girl operation.....and they had the audacity to leave me alone with Master Aspen (Moose) Hmmm....do I really want to stay here?

My first live interview!

The ABC contacted me (through the Cairns Photographic Society) to do a spiel on me and my photography. Well when they finally rocked up to our house, the interview sure took a different slant. Naturally I was totally unprepared for this.
When this was published I was astounded firstly, by the headlines and secondly, that it really had zilch to do with my photography. Guess any publicity is better than none. After many hours of just chatting, this is what was finally produced.
In future, I must wear a lovely sleeved shirt with collar, have my hair cut. Yes I know we are vain, but this was not my best look, let me tell you.

Oh we are such good buddies now. Lucy (aka Dusty) has had her little operation a few days ago. Master Aspen of course was like an old mother hen. It was so cute and funny.

Here I am Master Aspen (aka Moose)

Hope you approve of me. I will try and be a good girl. And you know....I can be so much fun too :)

Oh dear there is a new one coming!

Master Aspen is not sure about the news of another border collie dog coming into his life. But little does he know how beautiful our Miss Lucy is. Wait till he sees this little gem.
